Mixer will be present at the next Cables 2024 as speaker, with a speech titled “Curing HFFR cable compounds by means of UV light“.
The conference will be held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 5th to 7th March 2024 and Martina Serafini, PhD, our Technical Customer Support, will present the topic through some key points:
- Innovative photo crosslinking of a EVA-POE blend, containing mineral HFFR at high concentration, with near-UV emitting LEDs;
- Investigation of the photophysical and mechanical proprieties of the photo crosslinked mixtures;
- Tests in real industrial conditions. Proving the feasibility of future real-life applications.
Mixer will participate at the event, considering it an opportunity to meet important players in the cable industry and update them on our innovations and our recent studies.
