At Mixer, fostering a culture of continuous listening and corporate well-being is central to our engagement with employees. With the launch of the “People in Mixer” project, we began sharing stories of corporate life and community-focused initiatives. Our latest endeavor, started in late 2023, centers on cultivating a culture of continuous feedback across all teams at Mixer.
Recognizing feedback as a key driver of growth, we implemented a comprehensive training program to embed and improve this practice within our organization. The program aims to enhance our organizational structure and boost employee motivation and satisfaction. Presenting feedback as a circular flow of information that enriches the recipient, we sought to build trust and promote open exchange at every level.
With the support of external professionals, the project began with our directors, who led by example, engaging directly and transparently with their teams. The program then extended to managers and ultimately to all employees. Key takeaways included focusing on improvement, fostering a listening culture to maintain ongoing dialogue, and emphasizing collaboration.
Promoted by our HR Department, Mixer’s feedback project continues to be a catalyst for personal and professional growth, strengthening relationships throughout our corporate community.
